As we expand our retail presence in Singapore, we are looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team.
Position: Store In-Charge - KODAK Apparel
Location: Jewel Changi Airport
Key Responsibilities
Support daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection.
Drive sales and work towards achieving store sales targets.
Guide and support retail team members in their daily activities.
Assist with staff scheduling and daily work assignments.
Handle cashier operations, POS transactions and daily sales reporting.
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment and stocktaking.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and retail operating procedures.
Requirements
Preferably 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or store operations.
Experience in fashion, apparel or lifestyle retail is an advantage.
Previous experience guiding or supervising retail staff is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented, responsible and proactive.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is an advantage.
Able to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
