Social Media Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media strategy, strengthen brand presence and drive customer engagement across digital platforms.

Westgate (Jurong East MRT)

Responsibilities

-Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s branding and business objectives

-Plan and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital platforms

-Lead the creation of engaging content, including short-form videos, visuals and promotional campaigns

-Manage social media advertising, campaign budgets and performance optimisation

-Monitor market trends, audience insights and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

-Track and analyse campaign performance, engagement and key marketing metrics

-Manage brand communications and ensure consistent brand positioning across digital channels

-Coordinate with management and outlet teams on promotions, new launches and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

-Relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing or a related field

-Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising and content strategy

-Strong content planning, copywriting and communication skills

-Experience in campaign management and performance analysis

-Creative, analytical and able to manage multiple projects independently

-Experience in the beauty, lifestyle or service industry will be an advantage
