NDT Inspection Manager

- Lead and manage the NDT department, ensuring effective scheduling, workflow, and quality output.
- Supervise and mentor NDT technicians and ensure proper training, certification, and competency.
- Develop, implement, and maintain NDT procedures in compliance with applicable standards (ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, etc.).
- Ensure all inspections are performed according to client specifications, internal procedures, and industry regulations.
- Manage NDT equipment calibration, maintenance, and procurement.
- Interface with clients, auditors, and third-party inspectors regarding NDT matters.
- Maintain documentation and traceability for inspections and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical support to engineering, manufacturing, and quality departments.
- Participate in audits (internal and external) and lead corrective/preventive actions related to NDT findings.
- Stay updated on advancements in NDT technologies and recommend improvements.
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
