Tea Barista
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and craft AMACHA signature tea beverages with precision and care.
- Engage with customers and share the AMACHA story, enhancing their tea experience.
- Ensure quality and consistency by following established preparation techniques.
- Deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the tea bar in compliance with health & safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist in receiving stock deliveries.
- Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
Passionate, responsible, andmotivated individuals
Prior experience as a Barista or in F&B is an advantage—but not required!We provide training.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and expanding brand
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings,weekends, and holidays
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,000
- Incentives up to $400
