Job Summary

We seek experienced recruitment professionals passionate about business development, executive search, and relationship management to join as Independent-Contractor | Executive Search Associate Consultants & Consultants in a fully remote, commission-based role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a personal portfolio of client organisations to drive business growth
• Identify and secure new executive search and recruitment assignments to increase market presence
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through successful candidate placement
• Conduct executive search, talent mapping, and candidate engagement to source high-quality talent
• Advise clients on recruitment strategies, talent availability, and market insights to support informed hiring decisions
• Collaborate with fellow consultants, as needed, on regional and cross-border recruitment assignments to leverage collective expertise
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Singapore CEI certification where required for the work undertaken

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition
• Proven ability to develop business and build lasting client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills applied in client and candidate interactions
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Established professional network within one or more industries
