What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming clients to our private showroom and guiding them through the bespoke experience — from fabric and style selection to fittings and collection

• Understanding each client's lifestyle, occasions, and personal style to recommend the right suits, shirts, and accessories

• Taking accurate body measurements and recording orders clearly, working closely with our designers and tailors

• Building and maintaining a loyal client book — following up on orders, fittings, and repeat purchases

• Achieving individual and team sales targets

• Supporting brand storytelling through social media content, events, and marketing campaigns

• Keeping the showroom presentable and staying current on fabrics, menswear trends, and tailoring details

You're the Right Fit If You...

• Have at least 2 years of retail sales experience — experience in menswear, luxury, tailoring, or fashion retail is a strong advantage

• Have a genuine interest in menswear and take pride in how you present yourself

• Are people-first: warm, attentive, and able to make any client feel at ease

• Are confident in consultative selling and comfortable closing sales

• Take ownership — you don't wait to be told, you make things happen

• Are able to work on Saturdays (weekends are our busiest days)

• No diploma required — we value relevant retail experience and the right attitude
