ICT and Media Trainer

Manage and operate the Innovation Lab (Inno Lab).
Train and mentor students in Inno Lab projects.
Provide school-wide ICT and technical support to teachers and students.
Set up and manage media equipment, including audio, video, PA systems and web conferencing.
Support school events through photography, videography and live streaming.
Handle daily operational, administrative and technical troubleshooting duties.
Maintain and conduct preventive maintenance of media equipment.
Manage AV equipment inventory and prepare monthly reports.
Coordinate with vendors for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Train and guide students in the Media Resource Club(CCA).
Guide students in media-related competitions and projects.
Assist teachers with media-related matters and technical issues.
Support the ICT department with other ICT-related duties.

Minimum3 years of experience as an ICT Trainerpreferably in an MOE secondary school.
Experience training students in PA systems, photography and videography.
Experience supporting teachers in the school's Media Resource Club.
Diploma in a relevant discipline preferred.
Experience managing a makerspace and familiarity with iOS apps (e.g. Polycam).
Strong technical skills in AV setup, video editing, live streaming and web conferencing.
Ability to learnand train staff and students on EdTech tools.
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Positive attitude, proactive and a good team player.
Flexible to workout side normal working hours when required.
