Estimation Executive (2-3yrs exp/Pre-Tender QS/Take-off & BQ/Immediately/Short Notice/Civil Constructions)

Responsibilities

• Go through tender drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
• Do quantity take-off and prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Work out cost estimates and prices for tenders.
• Request and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Answer tender queries and update estimates for addenda.
• Prepare the tender submission documents before the deadline.

Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 – 3 years of relevant estimation or pre-tender quantity surveying experience in the civil construction industry.
• Must have experience in quantity take-off, Bills of Quantities and tender preparation.
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors and suppliers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to read construction drawings.
• Able to start work immediately / within a short notice is advantageous.
