Finance Business Partner (FP&A)

Salary: Up to SGD 7,500 per month

Contract Duration: Mid-November 2026 to Mid-July 2027 (8 months)

Location: Paya Lebar, Singapore

About the Role

We are representing our client, a well-established organisation in the telecommunications industry, in the search for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team on an 8-month maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, business partnering, budgeting and forecasting, as well as providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide finance business partnering support to the business.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports, including analysis of key financial indicators and variances.
• Prepare quarterly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and provide insights into key financial movements.
• Review business cases, conduct financial assessments and provide recommendations.
• Perform balance sheet reviews and monitor outstanding items through to resolution.
• Update financial assumptions to support budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting and other business requirements as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), management reporting or finance business partnering.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis and balance sheet reviews.
• Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
