More than just a front desk role, this is your opportunity to be part of an exciting new hotel journey, contribute to the launch of a new hospitality experience and create memorable first impressions for our guests.

Key Responsibilities – Make Every Guest Experience Count!

• Create memorable first impressions by warmly welcoming guests and delivering a friendly, personalised service.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experiences.
• Handle room reservations, enquiries, amendments and cancellations with accuracy and professionalism.
• Be the go-to person for guests by responding promptly to requests, feedback and concerns, turning every interaction into a positive experience.
• Share your knowledge of hotel facilities, services and local attractions to enhance our guests' stay.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
• Monitor room availability, occupancy and room allocation to maximise operational efficiency.
• Handle payments, billing, cash transactions and daily cashiering responsibilities accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date guest records and ensure effective shift handovers for continuity of service.
• Take an active role in supporting daily Front Office operations and other duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous hotel front office or hospitality experience.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome.
• Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills; PMS knowledge is an advantage.
• Available to commence work by mid-December 2026.
