Job Summary

You will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot smart digital door locks, smart home devices, and security systems at residential, commercial, and project sites, working closely with the technical team to ensure professional and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure digital door locks, smart home devices, and security systems at customer homes, offices, and project sites
• Perform on-site installation tasks including carpentry, drilling, wiring, and cabling to support device setup
• Use power and hand tools safely and effectively to complete installation and repair work
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smart digital door locks, home devices, and security equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain product usage and instructions to customers
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to deliver quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide a positive, customer-oriented service experience

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license or Class 2 motorcycle license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical wiring, and cabling
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to smart home and security devices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Responsible and meticulous approach to technical work and service delivery
