Job Summary

You will support customers’ dining experiences by serving food and drinks, taking orders, handling cashier duties, and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a smooth and welcoming dining experience for customers by promptly serving food and drinks
• Accurately take customer orders and perform cashiering duties to ensure efficient transactions
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and hygiene by performing housekeeping tasks regularly
• Prepare the cafe for opening and clear down for closing to ensure operational readiness
• Communicate effectively in English and simple Mandarin to assist customers and team members
• Work proactively and collaboratively as an individual and team player to meet service standards
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-oriented approach and positive service attitude

Other Information

• 4 Weekdays shift work (10am-3pm or 5pm-10pm)
• both weekends 10am to 10pm
• 44 hrs/wk
• Closed on Mondays with flexible weekly shift scheduling
• Meals provided
• Preferably able to converse in Mandarin and English (We have older customers that might need help with the menu)
• Suitable for students and homemakers seeking flexible side income
• Priority given to candidates who are looking for long term commitment
