Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of Hunan Big Bowl stall at Cineleisure, including food preparation, service quality and hygiene standards.
• Manage and roster stall staff, train new joiners and ensure compliance with SFA food safety requirements.
• Manage inventory, ordering and cost control; coordinate with Food Dynasty, Grab and foodpanda platforms.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues on site.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards; valid Food Hygiene Certificate preferred.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays on a roster basis.
