Job Summary

Support digital marketing operations by managing social media accounts, assisting with advertising campaigns, creating AI-generated marketing content, and providing customer and AI software support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and managing social media accounts on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (RED) to enhance online presence
• Support the execution of basic digital advertising campaigns and promotions to increase customer engagement
• Create simple marketing videos, images, and captions using AI tools to generate engaging content
• Provide customer support by assisting with account setup, platform navigation, and responding to general enquiries
• Assist with AI software setup, conduct user training sessions, and offer basic technical support to users

Required competencies and certifications

• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support customer interactions and team collaboration
• Apply basic computer skills and social media knowledge to perform digital marketing tasks
• Demonstrate responsibility, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn to contribute to team success
• Exhibit good communication skills for clear and professional interactions
