We are from SME company in Facilities Management, We are looking for suitable candidates across Singapore (eastern & central).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance works for commercial ACMV systems to ensure high efficiency and operational reliability.
- Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of complex electrical and mechanical faults, executing swift and effective corrective actions.
- Handle installation, alteration, and testing & commissioning (T&C) works for commercial cooling and electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to urgent breakdown calls and execute restorative works to minimize system downtime.
- Prepare and maintain detailed, accurate monthly logs for all servicing, maintenance, and repair jobs.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Air-Conditioning, Automotive, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with commercial air-conditioning, ACMV/HVAC, or related industrial cooling infrastructure.
- Familiarity with condition monitoring systems will be considered a strong advantage.
- Robust troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities, paired with strong communication skills.
