Sales Associate / Sales Coordinator

Location: Joo Koon, Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Monthly Salary: S$1,800–S$2,000

· Respond promptly to customer enquiries and prepare quotations.

· Follow up on quotations with customers.

· Provide quality customer service.

· Process sales orders and purchase orders.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.

· Maintain accurate sales records and related documents.

· Carry out other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

· At least GCE O-Level, ITE, or equivalent qualification.

· 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Immediate availability is preferred.
