Project Coordinator – Facade / Aluminium & Glazing
Salary: $3,000 – $5,000
Working Days: Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm & Sat 9am to 1pm
Location: Kaki Bukit
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities
- Coordinate with Main Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Monitor project schedules, site progress and installation activities
- Ensure installation works follow approved construction drawings and project requirements
- Prepare and update project schedules, progress reports and documentation
- Coordinate material orders, deliveries and site logistics
- Maintain records of site inspections, material deliveries and project activities
- Arrange site inspections and testing with RTOs, REs and other relevant parties
- Follow up on shop drawings, material submissions, samples and mock-up approvals
- Highlight site issues, delays and discrepancies to the Project Manager
- Support site safety and quality requirements
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Relevant construction project coordination experience
- Façade, aluminium or glazing experience will be advantageous
- Able to read construction drawings
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be advantageous
- Able to travel to project sites when required
