Student Management Associate

Job Description

• Provide individual and small-group mentoring for identified students.
• Support students in improving behaviour, attendance, engagement and self-regulation.
• Assist with student management programmes and activities.
• Facilitate reflection, mediation and restorative conversations.
• Monitor students' behaviour, attendance and progress.
• Maintain intervention records and prepare progress updates.
• Work closely with teachers and school staff to support students.
• Assist with parent communication when required.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Perform other student management and development duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore primary schools.
• At least 2 years of experience in student mentoring, behavioural intervention or support.
• Experience in student management, conflictre solution and restorative practices.
• Must provide at least 1 professional reference from a previous primary school.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital record-keeping.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work effectively with students, parents, teachers and school staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and professionalism.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and follow student safeguarding policies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
