WSH Coordinator
CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD SINGAPORE BRANCH
Assist in implementing and maintaining site safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe acts, potential hazards and unsafe working conditions.
Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with Singapore MOM and WSH regulations.
Conduct safety induction briefings, toolbox meetings and safety training for site workers.
Maintain and update safety documentation, including inspection reports, risk assessments and WSH records.
Report accidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate with site management, engineers, subcontractors and workers on safety-related matters.
Requirements
Possess a valid Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) or equivalent recognized qualification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant construction site safety experience.
Possess a valid safety supervisor certificate, such as Supervise Construction Work for WSH (formerly BCSS).
Familiar with Singapore MOM and WSH regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work effectively with different site teams.
