Service Supervisor

Job Summary

Assist the floor manager in daily floor operations by coordinating service crew schedules, maintaining cleanliness, managing stock counts, and ensuring compliance with SOPs to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the floor manager in managing floor operations, including welcoming guests, explaining the menu, serving, and maintaining positive customer relations
• Plan and coordinate work schedules for full-time and part-time service crew to ensure adequate staffing
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant floor to meet hygiene standards
• Monitor and update stock counts regularly to ensure inventory accuracy
• Ensure all utensils, cups, and cutleries are washed, dried, and stored properly to maintain service quality
• Conduct routine inspections of service crew cleanliness and grooming standards
• Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) among all service crew members
