M&E Engineer/Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinate all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works with architects, consultants, owners, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E works with architects, consultants, owners, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of assigned projects
• Use AutoCAD or ArchiCAD to check and coordinate M&E services for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Communicate effectively with project teams at all levels to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues promptly

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, specialist in M&E Coordination, MEP, or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in private residential projects, landed houses, or additions and alterations works, willing to learn.
