Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily construction operations in a cleanroom or semiconductor environment, ensuring effective worker deployment, safety compliance, and collaboration with users, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Liaise effectively with users, engineers, and subcontractors to align project requirements and resolve issues
• Supervise daily site operations to ensure work progresses according to schedule and quality standards
• Coordinate and schedule daily work activities to optimize resource use and meet project deadlines
• Manage the deployment of workers on site to maintain productivity and operational efficiency
• Enforce safety protocols during daily toolbox meetings to ensure compliance and reduce workplace hazards
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the construction sector, preferably in cleanroom or semiconductor environments
