Purchaser cum Coordinator

Assist the Quantity Surveyor in preparing quotations and handling project documentation.

Assist with purchasing materials, obtaining quotations from suppliers and placing purchase orders.

Coordinate with suppliers on material orders, deliveries and follow-ups.

Monitor and follow up on drawing submissions and revised drawings with the drafting team.

Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions and related correspondence.

Assist in general administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
