SALES PROMOTER (Food & Grocery Products)

Job Summary

Promote and sell food products by visiting various business locations, explaining product features, building customer relationships, and coordinating with sales and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.

Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce rice, dal, vegetables, cooking oil, and other food products to customers to increase sales.
• Visit supermarkets, provision shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and other business premises to present and promote company products.
• Explain product features, quality, prices, and promotional offers clearly to potential customers to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Encourage customers to purchase company products and generate new sales opportunities through effective communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Assist customers by answering product enquiries and providing suitable product recommendations.
• Collect customer feedback and report market demand and competitor activities to management for strategic planning.
• Support sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product demonstrations as needed to boost product visibility.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely product delivery.
• Prepare daily sales and promotional activity reports to track performance and inform management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support business operations.
