CATERING SERVICES MANAGER

You will manage delivery schedules, coordinate with sales and customers, handle loading and unloading of catering equipment, oversee on-site setup and cleanup for events, control inventory, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and comply with hygiene standards.

• Follow delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Coordinate with sales personnel to confirm customer orders before delivery
• Load and unload catering equipment properly into and from delivery vehicles
• Deliver and collect catering equipment across island-wide locations
• Communicate with customers to understand and support on-site setup requirements
• Organize setup and cleanup for events such as cocktail parties, buffet receptions, and seminars
• Control inventory of catering equipment during collection and delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and perform basic servicing of assigned delivery vehicles
• Comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements during all operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and Chefs
• Possesses a valid Class 3 driving license

• Degree Holders Preferred

• At least 4-5 years of sales experience in F&B / Catering / Hospitality industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Passionate about F&B, customer service and sales activities.

• Outgoing, self-motivated and independent.

• Working location at Bedok Food City

  Able to lift heavy catering equipment (15-20kg or more)

  Good knowledge of Hindu Temples and Hindu Wedding Catering requirements

  Ability to build rapport with Hindu Temples and establish good customer rapport with Hindu Wedding Catering Guests

  Good knowledge of Indian dialects is essential as Catering manager will liase with various Indian clients

  Excellent knowledge of Indian Fusion Vegetarian Cuisine

  Ability to perform shift work (4am onwards when required) and work on weekends and public holidays is a must

  6 Day Work Week
