Part-Time Kitchen Assistant（兼职后厨助手）

GUAN JI is hiring Part-Time Kitchen Assistants to support our kitchen operations.

Work Location: Chinatown / The Woodleigh Mall

Employment Type: Part-time

Hourly Rate: S$ 17-20

Working Schedule: Based on agreed availability and outlet requirements, including meal preparation periods, lunch and dinner peak periods, weekends and public holidays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with washing, peeling, cutting and preparing ingredients.

• Portion ingredients and assist with basic food assembly and plating according to instructions.

• Support chefs during busy service periods.

• Label, store and organise ingredients according to food safety requirements.

• Clean kitchen utensils, equipment and workstations.

• Assist with kitchen opening preparations and closing cleaning duties according to the assigned shift.

• Follow food hygiene, safe food handling and workplace safety procedures.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen.

• Familiar with basic ingredient preparation and kitchen hygiene practices.

• Able to follow instructions and work efficiently during busy periods.

• Responsible, punctual and a good team player.

• Able to stand for extended periods and safely handle ingredients and kitchen utensils.

• Able to commit to agreed shifts consistently.

• Please state your availability for weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

ELIGIBILITY

• Open to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and Dependant’s Pass holders.

• Employment of Dependant’s Pass holders is subject to the company’s assessment and approval of the required work pass before starting work.

工作安排：根据双方确认的可上班时间及门店需求排班，包括备餐时段、午晚餐高峰、周末及公共假期。

工作职责

• 协助食材清洗、去皮、切配及备料。

• 按要求分装食材，协助简单的餐食组合及摆盘。

• 在繁忙出餐时段协助厨师完成厨房工作。

• 按食品安全要求做好食材标签、储存及整理。

• 清洁厨房用具、设备及操作台。

• 根据所排班次，协助开档准备及闭店清洁工作。

• 遵守食品卫生、食材操作及工作安全要求。

任职要求

• 至少1年餐厅或商业厨房相关工作经验。

• 熟悉基本备料流程及厨房卫生要求。

• 能够按照指示操作，并在繁忙时段有效率地完成工作。

• 有责任心、守时，具备团队合作精神。

• 能够胜任长时间站立，并安全处理食材及使用厨房用具。

• 能够稳定出勤，并遵守双方确认的排班安排。

• 请注明平日、周末及公共假期的可上班时间。

• 招聘对象为新加坡公民、新加坡永久居民（PR）及家属准证（DP）持有人。

• DP持有人的聘用须经公司评估，并取得所需工作准证批准后方可上岗。
