Full-Time Service Crew / Waiter / Waitress（全职前厅服务员）

GUAN JI is hiring Full-Time Service Crew to join our restaurant team.

Work Location: Chinatown / The Woodleigh Mall

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements.

• Introduce menu items, take orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Attend to guest requests and refer feedback or complaints to the supervisor when necessary.

• Clear tables, reset table settings and maintain a clean dining area.

• Complete opening preparations and closing duties.

• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Follow food hygiene and workplace safety procedures.

• At least 1 year of relevant restaurant service experience.

• Familiar with basic restaurant service procedures.

• Friendly, responsible and punctual, with good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and safely carry food and beverages.

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

ELIGIBILITY

• Open to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and Dependant’s Pass holders.

• Employment of Dependant’s Pass holders is subject to the company’s assessment and approval of the required work pass before starting work.

工作职责

• 接待顾客，并协助安排入座。

• 介绍菜品、准确点单，并向后厨传达顾客的特殊要求。

• 及时、专业地提供上菜及饮品服务。

• 回应顾客需求，必要时将顾客反馈或投诉交由主管处理。

• 完成撤盘、翻台及餐桌摆设，保持用餐区域整洁。

• 完成营业前的准备及闭店后的收尾工作。

• 与后厨及前厅团队配合，确保日常营业顺畅。

• 遵守食品卫生及工作安全要求。

任职要求

• 至少1年相关餐饮服务工作经验。

• 熟悉餐厅基本服务流程。

• 待人友善、有责任心、守时，具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。

• 能够适应繁忙的餐厅环境，并有效率地完成工作。

• 能够胜任长时间站立、走动及安全端送餐食、饮品的工作。

• 能配合轮班、周末及公共假期排班。

• 招聘对象为新加坡公民、新加坡永久居民（PR）及家属准证（DP）持有人。

• DP持有人的聘用须经公司评估，并取得所需工作准证批准后方可上岗。
