Guest Experience Crew

We are looking for a cheerful, energetic and customer-oriented individual who enjoys meeting people and creating a great dining experience.

At Khao Hom, we believe that great hospitality starts from the moment a customer walks through our doors. We want someone who can make every guest feel genuinely welcomed, appreciated and well taken care of.

Job Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a friendly smile and positive attitude.

• Manage guest seating and guide customers to their tables.

• Assist with taking food and beverage orders when required.

• Introduce menu items, recommend popular dishes and assist customers with menu enquiries.

• Ensure guests feel comfortable and well attended to throughout their dining experience.

• Communicate with service crew and kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.

• Maintain a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere at the restaurant.

Requirements

• Bubbly, outgoing and cheerful personality.

• Strong customer service mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Confident in communicating and interacting with customers.

• Naturally friendly, approachable and attentive to guests' needs.

• Able to work weekends and Public Holidays.

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage.

• Ability to speak Thai is an added advantage.
