Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to company standards.
Operate espresso machines, grinders and other beverage preparation equipment.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste and presentation.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Take customer orders and process payments through the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
Monitor beverage inventory and replenish supplies when necessary.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Follow proper food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Previous experience as a Barista or in a café environment preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso extraction and milk steaming preferred.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented personality.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, punctual and attentive to detail.
Willing to learn new beverage recipes and preparation techniques.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
