- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri | 09.00am - 05.30pm
- Salary Package: Basic up to $ 2,300 + AWS + VB + OT Payable
Job Responsibilities:
- To attend to customer's enquires on products and deliveries, providing excellent customer service support via various platforms.
- To prepare relevant shipping documents, import/export documentations and maintain accurate data for report analysis.
- To ensure and monitor shipments are being delivered and cleared in a timely manner.
- To process invoicing accurately and promptly.
- To perform general housekeeping duties, work with colleagues to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Other duties as when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Levels with relevant working experience.
- Able to commit OT as when required.
- Attention details, team player with positive learning attitude.
