Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Tender coordination including compilation of tender documents and ensure all mandatory documents are completed, accurate for submission of tender.
  • Monitoring of new tender adverts.
  • Monitoring the tender process and communicate with the commercial team and clients to ensure timely submission.
  • To update company tender SOP and information in tender portal when required.
  • Attend tender briefing or meetings when required.
  • Responding to emails and provide assistance to commercial team and clients, set deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Provides order acceptance to order processing team for order fulfilment
  • Manage the filing of quotations and tender documents in department shared folder.
  • Handles customers request for official quotations, coordinate with clients in quotation preparation.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:-

  • Tertiary education.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales administration or tender management will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level).
  • Multitask and comfortable to handle large amount of data.
  • A team player with positive mindset and meticulous.
