Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate internal and external activities to meet study requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of activities to meet client and study needs.
• Work with clients to finalize logistics requirements.
• Release study shipments according to contracts and country rules.
• Coordinate study returns according to project needs.
• Provide reports and information to clients promptly.
• Follow established procedures and cGMP standards.
• Plan and schedule labeling and packaging jobs for clients.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for labeling and packaging materials.
• Assist management as needed.
• Contribute to writing and reviewing departmental SOPs.
• Manage technical and service aspects of projects from development to completion.
• Attend client meetings, investigator meetings, and teleconferences as required.
• Participate in business process improvement activities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistic or Business Administration or any relevant
• Experienced in Logistics or Pharmaceutical or any relevant industry
