Job Description:
- Handles accounting data entry, bank reconciliation and day-to-day accounting functions
- Maintain accounting records and filing system
- Process payrolls
- Process internet fund transfers
- Assist with timely management reporting, the closing of month end account and annual audit
- Working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, mostly flexible so long as job is done
- Yearly pay increment
- Bonus and incentives depending on work performance
- 14 days of Annual Leave
Requirements:
- Familiar with numbers, best with a diploma/ degree in Accounting or ACCA equivalent
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in handling accounts and finance
- No experience but hardworking and keen learners are welcomed!
- Able to use Excel and MS Office applications, and familiar with accounting softwares
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
