[What the role is]
This is a 2-year contract position as a Manager in the CET Academy.
[What you will be working on]
You will be part of the team to oversee the implementation and administration of short courses and collaborate with various stakeholders to meet the training needs of adult learners and organisational key performance targets.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Plan and coordinate registration processes, monitor course enrollment and implement strategies to increase reach and sign-up.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business development, marketing, sales, and finance, to promote short courses.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, industry professionals, and educational institutions to enhance program offerings and opportunities for collaboration.
Conduct regular briefings to stakeholders on key updates and milestone activities.
Coach and support team members to ensure smooth operational processes.
Review procedures in compliance with funding agencies’ requirements and guidelines.
Drive initiatives and lead automation projects.
Identify opportunities and technologies to enhance operational processes, anticipate and resolve process issues.
Support other areas of work and projects as and when assigned.
[What wre are looking for]
At least 6 years of relevant work experience in educational program management.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire stakeholders and team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated abilities to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and tools for course management, such as Learning Management Systems.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Knowledge of teaching pedagogies, and trends in the adult learning space will be advantageous.
