Accounts Manager - #1209042

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Manage all financial control, accounting reporting, finance and treasury matters.
• Supervise the Accounts Team on daily operations (GL, progress claim billings, AR, AP, Inter-company reconciliation, transactions data entries, cash-flow and staff's claim reimbursements etc).
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent and corporate secretary and bankers for all financial & accounting matters.
• Manage all financing matters including - Letter of credit, shipping guarantee, T/T, bill of lading & etc.
• Review and ensure accurate and timely submission for monthly, quarterly and annual financial year closing of GST submission, corporate tax and audit.
• Be responsible for management accounting and corporate reporting in construction and manufacturing project operation environment.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification in Finance/Accountancy (ACCA, CPA, CA etc).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/ construction sector.
• Analytical with good inter-personal skills and enjoys challenges.
• Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles
• Proficient in MYOB accounting and ERP software preferred.
• MS Office
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), reading and written.
• Experience in office and HR practices an advantage.
