SUPERVISOR - #1209095

Responsibility:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee our wholesale operations specializing in fruits and vegetables, including both fresh and frozen produce. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating the receiving, storing, and distribution of products, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Job Description: * Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, including pickers, packers, and forklift operators, to ensure that daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
* Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments of fruits and vegetables, ensuring that products are stored in appropriate conditions to maintain freshness and quality.
* Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
* Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products meet company standards for freshness, appearance, and condition.
* Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of produce, use of equipment, and maintenance of a clean and organized work environment.
* Liaise with customers to address any issues or concerns related to product quality, availability, or delivery schedules, and work proactively to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time delivery rates, and inventory turnover, and implement strategies to improve performance where necessary.
* Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge and ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of high-quality products and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
*Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
*Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
*Able to work rotate shift and overtime.
Working Location: YISHUN STREET

Requirement:
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
