What will you do?

Where does the role fit?

• Understanding of equipment capability
• The student will learn to differentiate various equipment/instrument, understand their specifications and how they are used for processes via the assigned projects.
• Understanding of Management of Change process via the Plant Modification Proposal
• The student will be involved in designing, executing and commissioning of modifications in a GMP environment
• Process understanding
• Participation in batch record review & plant processing to gain understanding of safety/quality aspect of introducing a process into a plant.
• Technical application of fundamental engineering skills in the design of process equipment.
• Scoping equipment specifications and working with vendors to obtain best in class design for value.
• Going to site, observing plant operations and implement engineering modifications to plant.
• Commissioning of equipment with engineers and plant technicians.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant productivity and safety.
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Educational background – Undergraduate studying Bachelor in Chemical Engineering who is interested in learning more about pilot plant process
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Excellent English proficiency
• A keen interest in production
• Interest with going to manufacturing site, observing plant operations and implement engineering modifications to plant.
• Meticulous, organized, and dedicated
• Apply his/her knowledge of engineering, data/computer sciences and analytics and learn soft skills in engaging different stake holders to deliver a project.
