JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Programme Coordinator to plan, execute, and evaluate client-focused activity programmes both within our centre and off-site. Reporting to the Programme Executive, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the safety of clients and coordinate seamless programme execution. Your responsibilities will include timely documentation and client status to the multidisciplinary team.
ResponsibilitiesProgramme Planning
· Support the Programme Executive in the development of programme and training materials.
· Collaborate with the Healthcare Staff to develop responsive programmes for Family Caregivers and Care Recipients, focusing on areas such as self-care practices and community integration skills.
· Coordinate logistical arrangements for programmes and events.
· Work with volunteers to facilitate programme activities and ensure a safe and clean environment.
Programme Evaluation· Support the Programme Executive in collecting and entering data for record-keeping and audit purposes.
· Gather participant feedback to evaluate programme effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
Administration· Assist in administrative tasks to support programme operations.
· Carry out other duties as assigned by the Programme Executive and Reintegration Manager
Technical Competencies
· Possess min. diploma in any disciplines
· Min. 1 year experience in running or planning programmes with SSAs
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Able to speak English and Mandarin (dialects is a plus)
