**Job Description:**
We are seeking a team player and detail-oriented Admin and Operations Executive to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and possess basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the operations team

- Ensure the training room is setup and ready for classes and facilitate on-site attendance taking with students

- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service​​​​​​​

- Assist in maintaining office operations and procedures
- Prepare and maintain documentation and reports using Microsoft Office tools
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals

**Requirements:**
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work on-site in Central Singapore

- Flexi work arrangement allowed during off-peak period
