Engineer, IT Operations - #1209799

Job Description

• Provide day to day IT support to internal users which include both hardware and software troubleshooting for all computing related issues and related application support.
• Liaising with vendors to support hardware /software issues on office computers
• Coordinates and support major change initiative, IT infrastructure and application change.
• Providing VIP support to the Executive level.
• Process warranty claims for laptop and PC accessories with vendors
• Maintaining inventories of hardware and software
• Managing backups of server’s tapes.
• Providing after office hour support as when is necessary to the users
• Supporting regional conference & communication calls.
• Disposal of assets
• Providing the future project implementation support for the site
• Conduct IT Training when there is a new system or application being implementation.
• Coordinates and support major change initiative, IT infrastructure and application change.
• Complies with Company’s policies and procedures.
• Upholds IT operations efficiency and service level agreement.
• Work as a team on all the deliverables and compliances

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in providing IT Support in Corporate Environment
• Diploma / Degree in IT/ Computer Science
• Good Technical Knowledge on IT Troubleshooting Skills
• Possess good communication skills
• Good Team Player
