What will you do?

Where does the role fit?

• Operations Improvement Programs in the Pilot Plant
• The student will be involved in routine Operations activities as well as improvement programs.
• Office based activities include Risk Assessments, SOPs, Logsheets and Guidance documents etc.
• Improvement programs include Leaning out of Turnaround workflow and Upskilling of Operational personnel through Unit Operation guidance documents.
• Expediting materials management activities and Upskilling of Operational personnel through generation of guidance documents.
• Activities will require plant walkdowns to review existing workflow and data analysis to derive the optimum / more feasible solution.
• Office based document reviews/generation.
• Plant based site survey for scoping and implementation
• Working with shopfloor team on deriving synergistic solutions

• Educational background – Undergraduate studying Chemical Engineering/Production Engineering who is interested in learning more about operations improvement
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Excellent English proficiency
