What will you do?

Where does the role fit?

• The existing validation workflows are undergoing digitalisation to reduce waiting time, duplication, and non-value added work. This project will look into streamlining the transition to digital workflows by applying operational excellence.
• Regulatory support: Prepare supporting documentation that's required for submission activities. Setting up structure for health agencies questions and response strategy database as part of building of regulatory knowledge database.
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Educational background – Undergraduate studying Diploma / Bachelor in Chemical Engineering / Pharmacy / Chemistry who is interested in learning more about a manufacturing environment and vaccines  
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Excellent English proficiency
• A keen interest in production
• Meticulous, organized, and dedicated
• Understanding of the quality related processes
• Apply his/her knowledge of engineering and learn soft skills in engaging different stake holders to deliver a project.
  
  
  

Learning Outcome:

• This mimics the role of a quality validation officer, giving the candidate a hands-on experience of validation activities in a pharmaceutical plant.
• On-the-job learning will be provided with the opportunity to work alongside existing Quality Validation Officers who act as mentor for a better understanding of the validation related processes e.g. facility and process qualifications as well as Operational Excellence tools
• On-the-job learning will be provided with the opportunity to work alongside existing Regulatory Conformance Officers who act as mentor for a better understanding of the regulatory activities such as preparation of regulatory dossiers and answering question from Health Agencies.
