Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to every walk-in customers in the Gallery
  • Handles sales enquiry for walk-in and call-in customers
  • Able to work with Product support teams on identifying substitute products to meet customer's needs
  • Draft quotation for customer support staff to prepare
  • Meet given sales target monthly and yearly
  • Ensure full collections from order generated
  • Compiling of customer's leads data
  • Follow up after sales service call to customer
  • Maintenance of Gallery
  • To update sample books/collections and make sure that discontinued item taken out from the hanger

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate need to work 1 Sat or Sun periodically, Closed on Wednesday and Public Holiday
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
