Job Description & Requirements:
- Perform estimation and taking off quantities and any calculation required.
- Assist in tendering project.
- Monitoring the project plans, working hours, labor control and budgets in specified time frame with the minimum cost.
- Understand the project plans, specifications and explain plans and contract terms to related teams and general workers.
- Assist Project Manager and report daily the site status
- Make sure the differences between tender drawings and construction drawings and then communicate with construction team and take note , record photo for all differences for VO.
- Ensure the costs for all VO works and prepare VO submission to clients.
- Willing to work 6 days/week.
