Job Title: Channel Executive

Report to: Channel Manager

Location: Europe (Italy )

Role Responsibilities

· Support Channel Manager to manage/create and grow our brand channel.

· To provide administrative support to live-streamers during their live shows with customer support and payments administration.

· Establish clear brand channel strategy and positioning and marketing of the channel using FB and IG or other social media.

· Travelling for overseas streams (90%)

· Planning calendar of sales events (Special stream or events).

· Support end to end operations and logistics and fulfilment for the brand channel.

· Posting and planning of social media contents.

· Review and analyse live stream data.

· Doing up daily/ weekly/monthly reports and KPI for the channel.

· Reconcile and prepare of delivery reports after livestream shows.

· Support sourcing new Merchants and live streamers.

· Merchants & Streamers Management.

· Customer Service.

· Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager.

Qualification & Experience

· Minimum Diploma/degree holders, major in business management, marketing, communications etc. would be preferable but not a must.

· Retail experience is preferred.

· Intermediate Excel understanding and skill preferred.

· Holding a driving licence and able to drive in overseas (MUST).

· Able to cope with fast work pace and meticulous to details.

· Candidates are required to be bilingual; livestream shows are done in both Chinese and English.

· Must be prepared to travel overseas (90%) for livestream shows when required.

· Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.
