We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Strategic Planning and Execution Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve business objectives.

Be Part of Our Success

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify growth areas, market gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Lead the strategy planning process, including defining goals, priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Develop strategic initiatives, action plans, and KPIs to track progress and measure the success of strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment across departments to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and adjust plans as needed.
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations, business cases, financial models and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in strategic planning and execution.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on key business issues.

Qualities We Value

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles, preferably in the BPO or professional services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a focus on driving measurable impact.
