· Position: Finance Executive

· Location: Ubi

· Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)

· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + AWS + GOOD Performance Bonus (2.5 Months)

· Duration: Permanent

· Industry: Transportation (MNC & Listed Company)

Main Responsibilities:

· Handling day to day AP payment, urgent ad-hoc payments and maintain records for monthly routine payment

· Managing GL functions and monthly closing

· Managing accurate register of fixed assets ensuring all acquisition, disposals and transfers are properly recorded

· Managing cash management, treasury functions and bank reconciliation

· Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules

· Prepare monthly budget analysis and other finance-related report

· Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

· Diploma in Accountancy or other professional certificates

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

· At least 2 years of relevant working experience
