9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (Onsite, no WFH).

Job Description:

support the department in general admin duties (e.g. venue booking, meeting logistics, packing of goodie bags), note-taking (e.g. during focus group discussions), data entry (e.g. collation of straw polls or survey forms) and marcoms activities (e.g. Facebook captions, event photos, liaison with vendors).

Requirements:

Minimum A-level or Diploma-level, preferably in Marketing/Communications/Business.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a requisite.
