Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

FP&A

• Partner with key leaders for preparing financial and strategic plans for departments and the wider organization;

• Build annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and partner directly with HQ FP&A team to consolidate SEA and TW budget into group budget;

• Manage operation budget by review daily operation expenditure;

• Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to demand planning, local finance reporting in a timely manner;

• Provide weekly and monthly management reports to identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement;

Project Cost Management

• Manage project costs over the full project life cycle;

• Prepare profit estimation at sales quotation stage and advise on profit optimization;

• Prepare cash flow forecast at sales quotation stage and advise on cash flow optimization;

• Co-working with implementation team to keep project cost on track;

• Control project budget by review sales order, shipment release, project procurement, project change order etc ;

• Work with implementation team to review project process and advise on optimization from finance perspective;

•Work with implementation team to conduct project review after project UAT and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement;

Local tax and corporate governance compliance

• Partner closely with external tax agent for managing quarterly VAT filing the company’s tax filing;

• Coordinate local audits, including collaborating with accounting teams for data collection and timely responses to information requests;

• Coordinate local corporate service agent to manage corporate governance compliance;

Others business support

• Managing SEA and Taiwan regions’ account receivable;

• Managing SEA and Taiwan regions’ payment process;

• Participating in important investment decisions via sales and procurement contract review;

• Participating in sales process by providing finance advice and guidance;

• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by direct leaders;

Requirement – Experience and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting;

• over 5 years of Corporate FP&A or Finance BP experience with increasing level of responsibility

• More than 1 year working experience in MNC preferred;

•Professional accountancy qualification (CPA or equivalent) with thorough working knowledge of IFRS, tax and statutory requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written);
