Responsibilities

• Assisting in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documents are completed.
• Assist HR Manager on the monthly payroll processing.
• Verify, update and maintain attendance records in Time Management System (TMS).
• Assist in timesheet calculation.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of personnel information in database/HRIS.
• Assist in the tax submission to IRAS (IR21 & IR8A).
• Employee relations including adhoc planning of recreation and welfare activities, training and development.
• Application of work passes, renewal and cancellation.
• Handle & process resignation,termination & dismissal.
• Assist in preparation of employment surveys and related matters.

Requirements

• Candidates to possess a Certificate in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies or equivalent.
• At Least 2-3 years of relevant working experience. Working experience on worker management will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with HR practices and well versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Positive learning attitude, self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Familiar and working knowledge of INFO Tech System would be an advantage.
